Hi Caissie, I am listening to the podcast re your moms death certificate - I'm not sure if this is a thing in the US (I'm in Ontario, Canada) but most agencies here that you have to deal with after someone dies will accept a funeral director's proof of death certificate. It definitely helps move the process along because here it takes like 3+ months for a death to be officially registered with the province and get an official government death certificate. I have lost both of my parents in the last year, I'm so sorry you are going through this. It's truly the worst.

It was delayed, but it's out now. Even if you don't have an Instagram account, I think you can still check our Instagram page using your browser if you ever have a question. xoxox

Here is my report on candle baby’s #1 candle, “Folklore”.

She is right! It smells really good! I went to the candle shop today and it was on sale! KISMET. So of course I bought it. The packaging says notes of fresh pomegranate , Spicy pepper, corn, and charred sage . I also bought one called Mary Lee which is ruby, red, grapefruit, red current, blackberry. Fruity scents are my usual jam.

They have a website, but I didn’t see the Folklore one in there. I’m thinking it’s a holiday scent. Www.jacksonvaughn.com. If you’re in Dallas they have two shops called Society. One in Bishop Arts and one in Preston Center... so many good candles in there!

Love it! And I was thinking about my own baby (who is less of a baby these days!) when Caissie was talking about her son also being a candle sniffer - mine just has always been into smells in general but today’s Facebook memories threw up a picture of him from a couple of years ago with his nose in a candle 😂 ❤️

Unrelated: petition to have Busy allow more Jen/Jenny/Jennifers in as friends because it’s not our fault the 70s/80s were so boring with name content!
