oh was it this episode? Someone was talking about not getting an apartment where there was a pulley system to bring groceries up and I want that soooo much! I LOVE PULLEYS!
In "Nightmare Before Christmas" Sally sends a basket with a bottle of magical moth wine up to Jack in his very tall very crooked and far away tower lab, and I just love it! I moved up to our attic and I think I can install more of a clotheline style into the back yard. A good double pulley system could hoist up heavy things and help my weak ass, if there was a way to get it all inside. My brother can just carry out an air conditioning unit and I need like a whole panoply of winches and wheels. That I don't have.
💯 same, as soon as Busy said it i yelled out "SPRUNCH SPRAY "! 😂🤣 she's also not wrong though, what the hell is "sprunch"? Those aussies just flat-out made it up!
I adore Chris Fleming but honestly I was expecting him to be a little bit weirder, more on his own wavelength? But he was charmingly accessible and down to earth and I like him even more!
I always love when a performer, particularly a comedian, surprises you with their offstage persona. It's so great to see that they're just reg people who like to chat. Glad you enjoyed him!
Busy is so right about the Halloween PB episode! Seeing Alan and Margo’s scary face at age 5 or 6 is exactly why I do not like scary movies! That one and the Halloween Webster episode plus the Halloween Facts of Life were also harrowing! 😳
I have to go back & rewatch these. The two scariest movies ever made, IMHO, are two children's spooky movies, "The Lady in White" and "The Watcher in the Woods" - love them both, both are scary as hell!
I laughed about the storm talk because Busy was talking about hurricane Lee, but Caissie was talking about the storm a few days before that in Leominster. I had a similar conversation with my mother. 😂
This was an incredible episode: never go to a second location Oprah episode! Validation of Joshua Jackson as a solid dude! And every second of Chris Fleming! Brava!
I remember that Punky Brewster episode so clearly. And the one with getting stuck in the empty freezer. I think about it every time I see a discarded fridge/freezer on the side of the road
That Punky episode with her friend getting stuck in the fridge/freezer really freaked me out! For a long time I was scared that I would just accidentally fall into ours. The door would shut and that would be the end of me.
Hi Busy & Caissie!!
Yes, please name the podcast and add the guests. I too look forward to what the podcast are being named every week.
Can we start a thread with the names from the auction? I don’t have social media anymore and the one thing I miss are the memes 😂
Loved this week's pod! I was so charmed by the interview/conversation. Anyone else go down the Chris Fleming rabbit hole this weekend???
Not done but I’m dying at “the Lhasa Apso in me does like that” 🤣
Thank you for another wonderful episode of the podcast this week!!
Good reminder to schedule my flu shot and Covid booster. Hope you start feeling better soon Caissie!
Busy mentioned she’s doing something with the ACLU in Ohio... any idea when that might be? Would love to be able to support!

Let us know how your pulley system goes! It does sound fun, just not to me, for groceries, at the time, LOL!
Yeah as a daily necessity and with kids it would be a drag!
Caissie! I got 2 vaccines yesterday and you nailed it, o feel exactly like ET in the ditch.
GAH!!! My arm is still so sore!!!
Thank you for the "Sprunch Spray" correction Caissie! 🤣😂
I could not let that stand when I knew the truth, LOL!

The Lady in White! A classic, if only for the two of us!

I agree with Busy, I love to see the funny titles you come up with Caissie!
Thank you, Amy!!!
