I just finished listening to this episode today and I’ve also been rewatching Fringe and now I just started the episode Martha Plimpton guest stars in. Kismet!

Celebrating Busy's decision. Let this be your sign to listen to your gut.

Doing my best at holding it together in a world full of chaos and grief. I’m parent of a (nearly) 10 month old, which is exciting, tiring and stressful all in one. I have a wonderful husband who is doing his best too, but he’s really suffering at the minute with his OCD which is becoming worse. He’s always had the condition but it’s now taking over all of our lives and it’s taking its toll on all of us. He’s finally in the process of getting help. And with that I’m having my own struggle as I try to be patient with him, but I occasionally get to the point where I’m frustrated and I can’t take it anymore. I’ve suffered with anxiety for a long time and I know how to keep it at bay, but I do let it consume me too. So yeah that’s fun.

Plus the horrendous news at the moment really sucks.

Sending my heartfelt unconditional love to anyone who needs it at the moment. Especially all you besties.

Oh, Ashlee. You're dealing with a lot. I remember how having a young kid triggered a lot of anxiety and my yet-undiagnosed OCD too. It comes from love, for sure, but it's so hard to manage it all. I'm glad you have each other and that you're doing it day by day, even if it is not easy. Rooting for things to get easier soon. xoxo

Doing my best to help my 12yo navigate dealing with periods, acne, her first term of high school, friendships and all the rest that comes with being a tween / teen. Toddler years were hard to deal with / survive but fairly straightforward to understand (in retrospect) but this stage of parenthood is giving me the fear - if I fuck this up then they might be awful adults?!?

They will not be awful adults, I promise you. Because you are good & they will understand that goodness is the way.
